CHHS Committee on Diversity, 包容, 归属感, and Equity

The purpose of the Committee on Diversity, 包容, 归属感, and Equity (CDIBE) is to promote a welcoming and inclusive college environment, particularly for members of our community with intersecting social and racial identities that have been marginalized in higher education and the health and human service professions.

We recognize that the burden of changing 政策 and practices in our programs and professions falls on those who hold institutional and social power. The CDIBE is committed to fostering just and equitable practices that promote diversity, 包容, and belonging within our college community. We welcome dialogue related to practices, 政策, and the social and racial climate within the 学院 卫生与公共服务部. Feedback will be used to take action that purposefully promote 股本 and justice.
